I really think I have a sweet boyfriend. Yeah, we sometimes get into fights
where we both are too stubborn to apologize and sulk off to our rooms, but
doesn't every couple? Then, there are days when I receive this.

This entire day was lovely. We got up, went to brunch at Breuger's Bagels, then he went and met with his partner for his English assignment, and after that, we went to the park. It's still such gorgeous weather outside, I can't believe it. We walked around the park, feeding the geese potato chips (the ducks were too snobby to take our food). It never took long before the swans (a.k.a. the enforcers) swam over and forced the geese away. Then we just sort of lounged around on a picnic table, enjoying the sun and watching pre-schoolers being led around. There are some huge catfish in the pond at the park, and there was even a seperate little fountain with goldfish!

Major discovery of the day: geese will eat acorns.

I am really excited to write this post because I found out that I won a contest over at Dawn's blog Enigma Artist. I can't wait to receive my lovely package from her (a piece of art, and 6 holiday cards w/ envelopes & tags). Speaking of packages, my mom called to tell me that I have 4 packages waiting for me on my desk at home. I cannot wait to see what they are. I received 3 packages at school yesterday. I really hope the post office doesn't start keeping tabs on me out of suspicion. 

This is Dana, my customized My Best Friend (MBF) Blythe doll that I just finished a few days ago. I finally got to take her outside today (thank God for this unusual 70-degree weather in December. I wefted her hair, gave her new eye chips, but her face is completely stock.
